House Rules
Quiet Hours 9:00 pm - 7:00 am
Do not have more guests than stated in your reservations and no unapproved visitors
The security system which includes the doorbell camera and smoke detector as well as WiFi equipment are there for your safety and comfort, tampering with or disabling those items is a violation of house rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation
No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana or other drugs at any time anywhere on or in the property. If violated there is a $300 smoke cleaning fee
Unapproved late check out will result in a fee of $75 every 30 mins after 11 am
There is a $50 per night, per person fee for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservations
Please do not lose the front door key, doing so will result in a $100 fine
No parties, events, get-togethers, or other similar events are allowed
No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 9pm
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises.
We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind
